Position Highlights

Location: 8240 Patuxent Range Rd., Jessup, MD 20794

Full time! 40 hours a week


1st Shift: 6:15am - 2:45pm (on Friday, can work 5am-1:30pm) 2nd Shift: 3:30pm - midnight

Hourly Rate: $15.00/hr, additional $0.50/hr for shift differential (2nd shift)

Position Summary:

  • Sorting and/or preparing hard copy records for scanning – document preparation
  • Scan hard-copy files to electronic images ensuring a quality image
  • Follow production procedures and completing internal documentation & tracking

Job Requirements:

  • Familiarity with PC and other computer related products.
  • The ability to remove staples, sort, file and box records.
  • Must be able to maintain record order and sequence.
  • Must be able to understand the importance of detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work at a sustained pace to meet production rates while producing quality work.
  • Must be acceptable of change and long duration of project assignments.
  • Demonstrate understanding for the importance and value of customers.
  • Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Minimum Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Data entry skills are highly preferred
  • Identified candidate will need to complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check successfully prior to start

Attire must be presentable and appropriate for the working environment
