Special Project Specialist – Onsite Imaging Specialist (Non-Travel)
Work Location: Steuben County Indiana
Responsibilities:
Working at customer locations to meet the defined custom project goals. This may require the individual to travel directly to customer locations. Onsite either you will work individually or as part of a team to accurately and safely conduct the on-site project work. For this project, the work assignment is to digitize via camera scanner, official government documents for them to become accessible to the world. This will require handling fragile documents safely and following highly detailed processes.
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities to achieve the Job Duties and Expectations
- Ensuring that the product/inventory is well-organized and maintained by using strong attention to detail and work processes
- Strong communication skills to provide updates to project managers regarding status of projects and assignment
- Lifting and carrying items that weigh 35-40 pounds and occasionally up to 51 lbs.
- Anticipates problems, catches errors, takes action to complete tasks accurately and on time as well as communities on ways to improve quality and productivity
- Proficient using technology such as laptop computers, software, digital camera scanners and keyboards.
Qualifications:
- At least a High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to walk/stand for up to 8 hours
- Maintains professional, positive and respectful attitude while working independently and in a team environment
- Reading, understanding, and following written and verbal instructions
