The Operations Supervisor oversees all daily operations of the center in the most cost-effective and customer-satisfying manner. This leader will coach a high-performance team and adhere to federal, state and Iron Mountain regulations.

PAY: Salary $65,000 - $70,000
SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday (Weekends as needed)
HOURS: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Expect to be on-call)
LOCATIONS: 950 Apollo Rd, Eagan, MN 55121
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervises and assigns specific responsibilities to all operations personnel
- Motivates, mentors and empowers team to meet and exceed standards or set goals
- Monitors employee attendance, productivity and other performance markers
- Effectively uses metrics to aid accountability and measure performance
- Possesses excellent communication skills
- Ensures that the branch provides the finest internal and external customer service
- Builds internal and external relationships; fosters collaboration
- Provides relief coverage for operational duties when employees utilize time off or are absent
- Prepares accurate reports
- Is open to weekend work, if required
- Ensures compliance of all federal, state and company regulations
REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Valid state driver’s license with clean driving record; able to pass pre-employment drug testing and a background investigation as conditions of employment
- Ability to lift 40 to 50 pounds
- Minimum of two years’ supervisory experience in a warehouse, distribution, operations or other service-related environment
- Computer proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to complete paperwork in English accurately and completely
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong customer service skills; values customers and communicates with them in a professional manner
