We’re looking for a talented data expert to join our team and help us design and deliver data models to help predict customer's trends and activities. Years of experience isn’t as important as data analytics skills and passion for telling stories through data.

As a Data Expert on the Iron Mountain Customer Care team, you’ll collaborate with internal and external partners to develop various forms of customer interaction trends and insights that will help us elaborate strategies to change our consumers’ perception of Iron Mountain. We’re developing a world-class customer care strategy powered by data driven analytics and AI capabilities




  • Requires working knowledge and experience in data modeling
  • Performs a range of assignments using prescribed guidelines or policies in analyzing situations.

Qualification Requirements

  • Proficient handling data bases and programing languages (i.e. Python, SQL, C+, Open source code)
  • Proficient at handling business analytics
  • Good communication skills
