Iron Mountain is hiring Mortgage Solutions Specialist I who are passionate about meeting goals and individual metrics while processing financial documents in a fast paced environment. This role gives you an opportunity to help drive a customer obsessed culture while working with a collaborative team.
The Mortgage Solutions Specialist I should have an acumen in mortgage document familiarity with an emphasis on, reviewing, indexing and scanning mortgage documents. They embrace a collaborative team environment in a fast paced, customer obsessed culture that brings customer delight.

Pay: $15 hourly
Experience Required:
- 3-6 Mos of experience in a in the mortgage service or document custody industry in a multi-business and multi-site operation.
- Experience in a goal oriented fast paced production based environment.
- Most possess or have experience in performing repetitive work task(s)
Skills Required:
- Basic Verbal and Written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Excellent PC and Keyboarding skills used throughout the day with high attention to detail to match names, numbers, and other data to documents
- Most demonstrate and maintain excellent attendance
- Ability to move quickly/accurately with hands while multitasking
