Iron Mountain is hiring Mortgage Solutions Specialist II who are passionate about meeting goals and individual metrics while processing financial documents in a fast pace environment. This role gives you an opportunity to help drive customer a customer obsessed culture while working with a collaborative team.

The Mortgage Solutions Specialist II should have a strong acumen in mortgage document preparation and certification along with knowledge of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and Ginnie Mae guidelines. They embrace a collaborative team environment in a fast paced, customer obsessed culture that brings customer delight.

The ideal candidate for this role must be able to manage a high volume workload and deliver on customer KPI’s and Goals. They enjoy working at a fast pace while researching and resolving customer issues. They have excellent PC and keyboarding skills and have a high level of attention to detail. They also enjoy repetitive work and sitting at a workstation 80% of the day.

Hourly pay- $15hr - $17hr + overtime

Mortgage Solutions Specialist II Responsibilities:

Accurately processing financial documents

Consistently meet/exceed customer service level standards and metrics

Cross train employees or provide new hire training as needed

Effective communication with peers and leaders

Required Skills

Basic verbal and written communication

Strong organizational and time management

Critical thinking and problem solving

Excellent PC and keyboarding

Ability to move quickly/accurately with hands while multi-tasking

Education:

Minimum education- HS Diploma/GED

Preferred education- 2YR degree

Minimum experience 3-6 months

Preferred experience 1+yrs
