PAY: $22.00- $25.00 (based on experience)

SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday (Regular 8 hour work schedule) 9am start (1 hour lunch)

LOCATION: At our customer’s location - Washington DC

JOB FUNCTIONS:

*Responsibility for information governance activities in a large law firm.

*Provide customer support, understand and maintain processes, policies

*Disposition and destruction of records and all aspects of customer service.

*Develop outreach and training plans/ deliver training to all Firm practice groups.

*Collaborate with Information Technology/Information Security/General Counsel personnel to drive awareness and compliance.

*Coordinate the proper identification, transfer and collection of all responsive materials relating specifically to an attorney departure, lateral acquisition, legal hold or client transfer.

*Manage solutions such as O365 and Varonis to properly manage data.

*Coordinate with the Legal Hold Response Team pertaining to any active legal holds.

*Organize client documents and data for projects throughout the office.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

*3+ years experience in an active law firm records management environment is required.

*2+ years records destruction experience required.

*2 years of college with specialized course work in administrative management/computer technology preferred

*2-4 years of work experience in an active records environment required.

*Work independently with minimal supervision, and the ability to think strategically.
